Landlords, we have two packages: Lettings for Landlords where you can benefit from a free inventory, and Property Management, where we include 12 months of free management to get you started. We can do this because we know that both you and your tenants will be happy with the quality of the management we provide and so you’ll wish to continue once the offer has ended.

Investors, our Block Management package is one that we identified a need for very quickly, supporting you with the tedious jobs, so you can focus on running your business.

If you’re selling your home, there are no long-term contracts tying you in, because we believe that our service speaks for itself, so if you’re not happy at any stage you can simply walk away. This is confidence that we have in our ability to sell your home – and by ‘sell’, we don’t mean achieve an offer.
