We have a large database of prospective tenants who are matched to all available properties that suit their requirements. To ensure a let as soon as possible our marketing takes several forms, such as advertising in local media, leading internet search engines, multi agent property portals.
If a client wishes to place a holding deposit on a desired property it should be in the amount of £200 cash which will hold the property for two weeks, unless otherwise agreed. This amount will then be deducted from the total balance due. It is a non refundable deposit as once it is received all viewings will be ceased on the said property. SAB charge an agency fee equivalent to one week’s rent plus V.A.T. which is only payable once a suitable property has been found and should be paid in cleared funds on or before the agreed moving in date.

Once you have entered your property requirements and found a suitable property on our online property listings, you can either add it to your folder or contact our Lettings Department who will be able to arrange a viewing and provide you with more information if required.
